ECF Fellowship Tracks Available in 2026

The Episcopal Church Foundation invites emerging Episcopal leaders to apply for the 2026 Fellowship Partners Program. This year, the Foundation is expanding its commitment to leadership development by launching a Pilot Lay Leader Development Track, designed to remove financial barriers to high-quality lay formation programs. This new initiative provides funded training and mentorship to help emerging lay leaders grow in skills and effective leadership.

Applications to the 2026 ECF Fellowship Class are now closed.

Academic Track

Designed for individuals pursuing graduate or post-graduate studies. This track supports research in areas where The Episcopal Church must grow in scholarship and expertise.

Ministry Track

Supports emerging ministry leaders who are developing innovative projects at the community or congregational level. These initiatives strengthen local leadership, expand ministry capacity, and can serve as adaptable models across the wider Church.

Pilot Lay Leader Development Track

The Episcopal Church Foundation pilots a new track for active lay members seeking to deepen their ministries through structured training or formation. This track provides financial support and connection to a growing learning community of lay leaders.
