Anne Richardson is an experienced nonprofit and investment professional with a proven track record of helping mission-driven organizations grow through strategic leadership and effective teamwork. She serves as the Managing Director - Endowment Management Risk Management & Operations.
Prior to her role at the Episcopal Church Foundation, Anne was the Director of Development at Christ Church in Alexandria, Virginia. In this position, she managed initiatives to expand church ministry, build donor relationships, and lead strategic projects. Notably, she established the church’s first Investment Committee to enhance endowment management and develop investment policies.
Before her tenure at Christ Church, Anne held leadership roles at Calvert Research & Management, where she focused on organizational integration, created inclusive strategic plans, and improved the firm’s responsible investment solutions. Her expertise in institutional investment was further developed during her time at Cambridge Associates, where she led a global capital markets research team and introduced innovative solutions to enhance client outcomes.
Dedicated to community service and leadership, Anne is actively involved in the ministries of her parish and other local organizations. She resides in the Washington, D.C. metropolitan area with her family.
Anne holds a Master’s degree in International Relations from Syracuse University’s Maxwell School and a Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Policy and Analysis from Bowling Green State University, where she graduated summa cum laude and was inducted into Phi Beta Kappa.
