President and CEO Dail St. Claire and Interim Chief of Staff Kate Adams attended St. James’ Church 2026 Moms’ Luncheon on Wednesday, April 15, 2026. Both women are members of St. James’ Church (and moms). The luncheon’s highlight was an interview by Deborah Roberts, ABC News correspondent and fellow St. James parishioner, of Sheinelle Jones, NBC News correspondent and co-host of Today with Jenna and Sheinelle. Her new book and a focus of the conversation, Through Mom’s Eyes: Simple Wisdom From Mothers Who Raised Extraordinary Humans, was recently published on April 14, 2026.
Sheinelle Jones is the co-host of The 3rd Hour of TODAY. Prior to hosting The 3rd Hour, Jones co-anchored Weekend Today from 2014 to 2019. Since joining NBC News in 2014, she has covered major breaking news events and a wide range of human-interest stories. Jones hosted “Through Mom’s Eyes,” a digital series for TODAY where she visited with the mothers of celebrities to discuss their journey behind the scenes, and to get their unique take on raising successful children.
