ECF Announces Innovative, New Approach to Capital Campaigns
January 17, 2020, New York, NY - Since 2005, the Episcopal Church Foundation (ECF) has been providing capital campaign consultation assisting congregations, dioceses and other organizations raise tens of millions of dollars for local mission and ministry. As we continue to strive to address the changing needs of the Episcopal Church with as wide an impact as possible, ECF is initiating a bold new approach to meeting this important need.
To deepen our commitment to capital campaign service and to meet the challenges of a transitioning Episcopal landscape, ECF is pleased to announce the development of a new resource called ECF 360.
ECF 360 will put ECF’s depth of capital campaign knowledge directly into the hands of Episcopal ministries through a cloud-based system. It will also exemplify ECF’s commitment to empower congregations and other Episcopal ministries. This self-paced solution will guide users along a fundraising path, from discernment to solicitation, providing multimedia narrative, a powerful knowledge base and interactive modules at key points in the process.
“While the current consulting model has served our clients well, ECF is looking for a greater impact and the ability to serve every Episcopal faith community no matter its size or budget,” remarked Donald V. Romanik, ECF President.
While ECF will continue to support all existing clients, this resource will become its primary approach to providing capital campaign services. To support those ministries that require or prefer a more traditional approach to capital campaigns, ECF is forging partnerships with individuals and firms who provide direct consultation with a proven track record within a similar, mission-focused and spiritually grounded framework.
Specifics on features and pricing will be provided as ECF 360 approaches release later this year. ECF is committed to making it accessible to all Episcopal ministries and expandable over time to maximize its scope and impact to a changing Church.
